NEW COME BACK WITH NEW ITEM....

ASSALAMUALAIKUM...

Dah lama tidak mengupdate any new items di blog..semuanya di update di FB page Eeman E-shop...
Hari ni ada new item which is BABY CLOTHES...
semua cantik-cantik and comey2...

but sebelum update stok baru, nakkongsi sedikit resepi untuk anak2 yang dah boleh mkn solid food (6months ke atas)

Kentang Putar.....

BAHAN-BAHAN

kentang,

3 ulas bawang merah,

2 ulas bawang putih,

butter,

susu,

kiub ayam

lada hitam dan putih yang siap dikisar.

2 sudu tepung jagung

2 cawan air.

CARA – CARA

Mula-mula kita kupas kentang dan rebus dengan air cukup-cukup paras kentang. Gunakan api kecil dan tutup periuk. Letak secubit garam.

Sementara tunggu kentang, kupas bawang kemudian kisar (tumbuk guna lesung pun boleh). Dua sudu tepung jagung bacuhkan dengan air.

Kentang dah empuk, cucuk guna garfu untuk pastikan kentang semua sudah empuk di masak. Kalau ada air lebihan, buangkan air tersebut. Dalam keadaan kentang panas, lenyekkan kentang semua, masukkan sedikit butter untuk berikan permukaan berkilat pada kentang. Kemudian taburkan serbuk lada hitam dan putih. Kemudian masukkan susu untuk berikan kentang nampak gebu dan lembut.

Butter, lada hitam dan putih juga susu terpulang pada masing-masing. Nak sedap letak susu lebih sikit. Kurangkan pedas dengan kurangkan lada hitam dan lada putih. Tapi saya suka susu lebih...hihi, jangan terbanyak sangat nanti jadi berkuah pula kentang putar awak tu...

Kemudian, untuk kuahnya. Semua bawang yang dikisar ditumis dengan 2 sudu butter (agak-agak je yea..). Kemudian biarkan sampai naik bau dan warnanya keperangan.

Barulah masukkan air dan tepung jagung dan 2 ketul kiub ayam. Biarkan mendidih. Oh ya lupa, api semua gunakan sederhana atau kecil. Senang nak kawal sebab bimbang terhangus...hihi

Rasanya? Mestilah sedap hingga menjilat jari....kurang minyak, nampak macam menu sihat kan...selamat mencuba semua.
